The manager of the entire JMN team and the heart of The JMN Family customer experience, Nicole supports all RDs in The JMN Family by making sure that behind-the-scenes, all of our programs and business as a whole run smoothly. Nicole’s primary goal is to make sure your experience with JMN is a beautiful one, and we are so grateful to her for that. The only non dietitian on Team JMN, Nicole loves chocolate, coffee, road trips, clean beauty products, and a good walk along the beach with her husband and daughter.

One of the original alums of The Rise™ and proud owner of Spada Strong Nutrition, LLC. In addition to running a thriving private practice where Katie specializes in helping former athletes fuel for their life after sport, while improving their relationship with food and their body. Katie loves supporting her dietitian colleagues with all things business building with a focus on business mindset as one of our co-coaches in The Foundation™ and The Rise™. Katie is a pillar in our online community, where she provides incredible business coaching inspired by both The Rise™ Method and her experience running her successful practice. She also offers 1:1 business coaching for RDs looking for 1:1 support.

Laura loves golden doodles, red wine, and exploring all the cuisines NYC has to offer.

A graduate of The Foundation™ and The Rise™ and thriving business owner of Kara Wilson Nutrition, LLC. Kara built her dream practice from the ground up, and she now loves being an RD again, helping nurses find balance with food. She is a compassionate and supportive Co-Coach in The Rise™, and she truly shines helping RDs answer the crucial beginner questions as they start their business — like niching down, marketing, messaging, systems, and client management. When Kara is not helping Nurses stop workplace weight gain or her dietitian colleagues start their dream businesses, she’s planning her next trip somewhere sunny, scouting out the cutest coffee shops, or is out at the dog park with her 3 high-energy pups!

A graduate of The Rise™ and multi-6-figure owner and CEO of The Sleeved Dietitian, LLC. Jamie is an inspiration to our profession and a cherished Co-Coach in The JMN Family. It’s hard to believe Jamie went from crying in her car during breaks at her clinical job to living her dream life, making enough meaningful income to leave her job a few months later by changing the entire landscape of nutrition in the bariatric community through her unparalleled membership and heartfelt programming. In addition to running her thriving business, Jamie loves helping her colleagues build their own dreams and offers concierge 1:1 business coaching and mentorship to RDs in private practice. Jamie loves coffee, her fur baby Lilo, Astrology, and anything Disney related.
