THIS is your power! Being able to embrace and implement client feedback will refine your nutrition business completely and allow you to level-up your nutrition business and set yourself apart from the competition. Feedback is the difference between regular service and EXCEPTIONAL care that truly changes lives.

Asking your clients for feedback will propel your business to new heights. It acts as a compass, guiding you, as an RD, to success after success. Just ask them directly (this is better than in a generic email) if they mind giving you some feedback and direct them to the survey. You could even incentivize the survey if you wanted to. It’s definitely worth it!

Most of the time, clients are super happy to provide feedback to help you. If they’re actively receiving your services, of course they want those services to be even better! It is as easy as that to meet customer expectations and grow your nutrition business when you know what they want!
