The Rise® is a self-paced program that ALSO meets you where you’re at - it’s ALL about service here. What that means is, if after we meet I feel you’re a beautiful fit then you will gain and have access to all the materials immediately upon joining us. As well as immediate access to our private community and next coaching call. We encourage you to “start” when you’re ready and usually that is right away! An FYI … although all content including the bonuses will be unlocked immediately, I strongly recommend you work through the materials in order to get the most out of them. However, some RD’s do join The Rise® and have some more pressing immediate questons - In this case you might hop in the community right away ask some questions, come to a coaching call and then start working through the materials. The 5 group coaching calls each month are scheduled for 60 minutes. But please know that they will run as long as they need to run, even if that means we go over the hour (which we often do). Yes, but not in the same way that you would receive in a 1:1 coaching program. The Rise® is a group experience, but the opportunity for personalized support is unlike any other RD business coaching program I’ve seen out there. On the 5x monthly group coaching calls, you’ll receive 1:1 hot-seat style coaching directly from me and the JMN Co-Coaches with personalized answers to YOUR questions. Can’t attend a call? No problem. Just submit your question in advance, and I’ll still answer it for you as if you were there. Lastly, although we’re super confident about the support we provide, we also recognize that sometimes RDs want a little extra frosting and we honor that. All members of The Rise® Family have the opportunity to purchase additional 1:1 coaching calls with one of our Co-Coaches if that’s desired. Though to be clear, we’ve designed the program so that it’s not necessary.

I completely understand why that might be a concern, love. The calls are an important way to make sure that YOU get the support that you need to grow your dream business. I know that you might still be working, in your DI, or in school… and I also get that life happens. Sometimes things just come up that might keep you from one of our live group coaching calls, which is why we record every single one and make it available for playback for 3 months, so you can watch them at a time that is convenient for you. I don't ever want that to be an issue for you. More importantly, before each call you’ll have the chance to submit YOUR questions in advance. This way if you know you can’t make it or if life happens, I’ll still coach you through your questions live even though you’re not there, and you’ll find your answers on the recording!

The Rise® was made with my incredible colleagues in mind… and I designed this program to ensure your success knowing that you’re likely working at least one full-time job, starting to serve clients in your business, finishing up your DI, and/or pursuing your Masters. In fact, most RDs in the program are doing one, if not all of the above. There’s a lot of ground to cover when building a fully booked business. You should expect to spend approximately 10 hours a week between the program materials + in implementation. I will teach you how to find time to be productive and take action… even if you’re still working in clinical or in school.
